DP3 series are my starting point for quality.
They represent extreme value and I personally recommend these for apprentice chefs and home cooks.
Anything cheaper is not worth cutting with.
The DP3 series is a 3 layer blade. the core consists of high cobalt alloy steel (VG-10).
This is clad on each side with a layer of high chrome rust resistant steel.
The western style handle is made of a recycled timber product.
