The Kampot organic black pepper is grown on a certified fair-trade farm in Cambodia and delivers an indulgent fruity taste with a surprisingly fresh hint of mint. It is the perfect accompaniment to red meat. oily fish. vegetables (red cabbage. tomatoes). legumes (lentils and chickpeas). certain fruits (strawberries and cherries) and chocolate-based desserts.
This black pepper is grown on a traditional farm with certified organic and fair-trade status in the Kampot region in southwest Cambodia which is bordered by the sea. This recognized area was awarded the PGI designation (protected geographical indication) in 2010.
